• Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch on the same day, 
• Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day.
• Orders placed after 11am on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday

⚠️ We are closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and all UK Bank Holidays. No orders are shipped on these days.

We offer delivery by Royal Mail or DPD to the UK and below is an example of the delivery timescales and costs.

• ​Standard Tracked - Estimated 2-3 days - 97% of items arrive by the estimated date however is not guaranteed and may take up-to 10 days - FREE
• Express Tracked - Estimated 1-2 day - 97% of items arrive by the estimated date however is not guaranteed and may take up-to 10 days - £1.99
• Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed before 1pm including Saturday (Signature Required) - £9.95
• Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed before 8pm including Saturday (Signature Required) - £7.95
  

We offer a Free Standard Tracked royal mail service on all UK orders, please note that this service is not guaranteed and delivery can take up-to 2 weeks during busy periods such as Christmas and bank holidays.

DPD:

• DPD - 1-2 day delivery up until 6pm - Not Guaranteed for Saturday - £9.99

International Shipping

This can take upto 2 weeks from the point of dispatch - unfortunately, there can be customs delays and shipping can take longer over busy periods such as Easter & Christmas.
