Refunds & Returns

All of our products are custom made and printed to your specifications.

Products can not be returned unless faulty

Any fault with the order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the fault. Please  contact  our customer services team at  and please include your name, order number and a photo of the fault. Our team will work to resolve the issue and either organise a replacement or a refund.

Please check your order details thoroughly for spelling and grammar, custom names / text will be copied directly from the order form, we can not refund for spelling mistakes / typos made by the customer.

Cancelation Policy

All products are printed to order, if you notice a mistake on your order confirmation please contact us immediately (within 2 hours) via email or contact us on 0191 5266455  (8.30am-4pm) and we will cancel and refund your order in full if it has not already been manufactured

Unfortunately if your order has already been printed and dispatched we can not cancel and refund your order as bespoke products can not be resold.

If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, it will only be kept for 60 days from date of return. You must contact us within this time for your parcel to be resent, postage fees may apply to resend the order.
