Our welcome boards are available in four sizes:

Yes. Add your names, date, wording and photographs where available, and your personalised design will update in the online preview before you place your order.
Photos taken with a recent iPhone, Android phone or digital camera will normally be suitable, provided you upload the original image.
Avoid screenshots, images downloaded from social media or photographs that have been heavily cropped, as these may print with reduced quality.
Some image-quality problems are only noticeable once the product has been printed. If we spot a problem, we will normally contact you and can offer a reprint at cost price.
For urgent orders, particularly next-day deliveries, we may not have enough time to wait for a response before production or dispatch continues. Please check your photograph carefully before ordering, as responsibility for the quality and suitability of uploaded images remains with the customer.
If you are having trouble uploading a photograph, please try the following:
- Use the original photograph rather than a screenshot.
- Try using Google Chrome.
- Refresh the page and reopen the customiser.
- Try using a laptop or desktop computer.
- Check that your internet connection is stable.
If the problem continues, email [email protected] with the product link, details of your device and a screenshot of any error message.
Please carefully check all names, dates, spelling, wording, photographs and image positioning in the live preview before placing your order. Your product will be printed using the design you submit.
We do not routinely proofread or approve every personalised design before printing. If we notice an obvious problem, we will usually try to contact you. However, some image-quality issues are only visible after the product has been printed.
If a photograph prints poorly and we identify the problem after printing, we may offer a reprint at cost price.
For urgent or next-day orders, we may need to continue production or dispatch if we cannot reach you in time. Responsibility for checking the submitted design, wording and uploaded images remains with the customer.
The rigid 5mm Foamex welcome board can be displayed on a suitable floor-standing or tabletop easel, depending on the size selected.
The 180gsm matt paper poster should be placed in a suitable frame or poster holder.
Always make sure the easel, frame or display stand is stable and suitable for the dimensions of your chosen welcome sign.
The 5mm Foamex option is more suitable than the paper poster for short-term use in a sheltered outdoor location.
Welcome boards should be kept protected from heavy rain, prolonged bad weather and strong wind. Make sure the board and easel are secure at all times.
