Each roll is 65cm wide and is available in six different lengths:
- 50cm long × 65cm wide: A compact sheet for one smaller gift or several little presents.
- 100cm long × 65cm wide: Suitable for a medium-sized present or a selection of smaller gifts.
- 200cm long × 65cm wide: A versatile choice when wrapping several gifts or one larger present.
- 300cm long × 65cm wide: A generous roll for multiple presents and larger celebrations.

The amount required will depend on the shape and dimensions of your gifts. Measure around each present and allow additional paper for overlapping the edges and folding the ends.

Yes. Add your names, ages, wording and photographs where available, and your personalised design will update in the online preview before you place your order.
Your personalised design will be arranged as a repeating pattern across the wrapping paper. Check the online preview carefully to see how your photographs, names and wording will appear before ordering.
Photos taken with a recent iPhone, Android phone or digital camera will normally be suitable, provided you upload the original image.
Avoid screenshots, images downloaded from social media or photographs that have been heavily cropped, as these may print with reduced quality.
Some image-quality problems are only noticeable once the wrapping paper has been printed. If we spot an obvious problem before production, we will normally try to contact you.
For urgent orders, particularly next-day deliveries, we may not have enough time to wait for a response before production or dispatch continues. Please check your photograph carefully before ordering, as responsibility for the quality and suitability of uploaded images remains with the customer.
If you are having trouble uploading a photograph, please try the following:
- Use the original photograph rather than a screenshot.
- Try using Google Chrome.
- Refresh the page and reopen the customiser.
- Try using a laptop or desktop computer.
- Check that your internet connection is stable.
If the problem continues, email [email protected] with the product link, details of your device and a screenshot of any error message.
Please carefully check all names, ages, dates, spelling, wording, photographs and image positioning in the live preview before placing your order. Your wrapping paper will be printed using the design you submit.
We do not routinely proofread or approve every personalised design before printing. If we notice an obvious problem, we will usually try to contact you. However, some image-quality issues are only visible after the wrapping paper has been printed.
If a photograph prints poorly and we identify the problem after printing, we may offer a reprint at cost price.
For urgent or next-day orders, we may need to continue production or dispatch if we cannot reach you in time. Responsibility for checking the submitted design, wording and uploaded images remains with the customer.
Colours can appear slightly different in print because phones, tablets and computer screens display colour using light. Screen brightness and individual display settings may also affect how the online preview appears.
Measure around the widest part of your gift and allow enough paper for the edges to overlap.
You should also allow additional paper at both ends so they can be folded over and secured neatly.
Irregularly shaped gifts may require more paper than a rectangular box of a similar size.
