The stickers are made using removable paper-label material and can normally be removed from many clean, smooth surfaces.
Surface finishes vary, so test a sticker in an inconspicuous area before applying it to painted, delicate, valuable or easily marked items. Remove it slowly and carefully.
Photos taken with a recent iPhone, Android phone or digital camera will normally be suitable, provided you upload the original image.
Avoid screenshots, images downloaded from social media or photographs that have been heavily cropped, as these may print with reduced quality.
Small details may be difficult to see when printed on the smaller sticker sizes, so choose a clear photograph with the main subject easy to identify.
For urgent orders, particularly next-day deliveries, we may not have enough time to wait for a response if we identify a possible issue. Responsibility for the quality and suitability of uploaded images remains with the customer.

- Refresh the page and reopen the customiser.
- Try using a laptop or desktop computer.
- Check that your internet connection is stable.

Please carefully check all names, ages, dates, spelling, wording, photographs and image positioning in the customiser before placing your order. Your stickers will be produced using the details you submit.
We do not routinely proofread or approve every personalised design before printing. If we notice an obvious problem, we will usually try to contact you. However, some image-quality issues may only become apparent after printing.
If a photograph prints poorly and we identify the problem after printing, we may offer a reprint at cost price.
For urgent or next-day orders, we may need to continue production or dispatch if we cannot reach you in time. Responsibility for checking the submitted wording, design and uploaded images remains with the customer.
No. These are gloss paper labels intended mainly for indoor party and gift use. Keep them dry and do not use them on items that will be washed, submerged in water or left outdoors in wet weather.
