Eyelets are available as an optional finish on our vinyl banners. They provide reinforced fixing points and make the banner easier to hang using rope, hooks, cable ties or bungee cords. The available hanging options are shown on the product page.

The available personalisation depends on the design, but you can normally change details such as:

Yes. Add your names, ages, dates, wording and photographs where available, and your personalised banner will update in the online preview before you place your order.

Photos taken with a recent iPhone, Android phone or digital camera will normally be suitable, provided you upload the original image.

Avoid screenshots, images downloaded from social media or photographs that have been heavily cropped, as these may print with reduced quality.

Some image-quality problems are only noticeable once the banner has been printed. If we spot a problem, we will normally contact you and can offer a reprint at cost price.

For urgent orders, particularly next-day deliveries, we may not have enough time to wait for a response before production or dispatch continues. Please check your photograph carefully before ordering, as responsibility for the quality and suitability of uploaded images remains with the customer.

If you are having trouble uploading a photograph, please try the following:

  • Use the original photograph rather than a screenshot.
  • Try using Google Chrome.
  • Refresh the page and reopen the customiser.
  • Try using a laptop or desktop computer.
  • Check that your internet connection is stable.

If the problem continues, email [email protected] with the product link, details of your device and a screenshot of any error message.

Please carefully check all names, ages, dates, spelling, wording, photographs and image positioning in the live preview before placing your order. Your banner will be printed using the design you submit.

We do not routinely proofread or approve every personalised design before printing. If we notice an obvious problem, we will usually try to contact you. However, some image-quality issues are only visible after the banner has been printed.

If a photograph prints poorly and we identify the problem after printing, we may offer a reprint at cost price.

For urgent or next-day orders, we may need to continue production or dispatch if we cannot reach you in time. Responsibility for checking the submitted design, wording and uploaded images remains with the customer.

Vinyl banners with eyelets can be secured using hooks, rope, cable ties or bungee cords. Spread the fixing points evenly so the banner is properly supported.

Paper banners can be displayed indoors using suitable tape, reusable adhesive or poster-hanging strips.

Always make sure the banner is securely attached and that the fixings are suitable for the wall, fence or display area being used.
